- Lawful sources of income will be considered in accordance with California law.
- Total monthly financial obligations (including rent, utilities, vehicle payments, credit cards, student loans, and similar recurring obligations) must not exceed 50% of gross monthly income.
- All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application.
- Each applicant must independently meet the stated qualification criteria in order to be approved.
- No prior evictions or unlawful detainer judgments.
- As part of the application review process, management may request verification of information provided, which may include a home inspection of the applicant’s current residence, conducted in a lawful and reasonable manner.
